Club Fee Structure - Base Fee
Full Members: $500

Associate Members: $250

- Club Fees are due on 1 January and renewed annually (Jan - Dec).
- Full members are entitled to attend and participate in general meetings of the UPA(S), and vote at such meetings.
Club Fee Structure - Player Component
- Clubs registering more than 100 persons in their roster will have to pay a Roster Cap Penalty of $10 per person for each registered person above 100 persons.
- Example
Club A (Full Member) intends to register 110 individuals as part of their roster
Base Fee (Full Member) = $500
Player Component (10 individuals above 100) = $10 * $10 = $100
Total Club Fees due = $600 - NOTES
Clubs to submit their roster at the end of the Calendar Year (Dec) when prompted by UPA(S).
UPA(S) will calculate the total fees due based on the submitted roster and invoice clubs with the appropriate club fees due.
Payment needs to be submitted in order for the club to partake in UPA(S) sanctioned/ organised events.
Player Fee Structure
- All individuals that wish to participate in UPA(S) organised/ sanctioned competitions must pay the Player Fee which is renewed annually (1 Jan).
- Individual Fees are $15 per individual regardless of status in a Full/ Associate Member. Validity runs through the calendar year (Jan - Dec) and can be paid anytime in the year.
- Refunds
All fees paid at the start of the season are non-refundable.
Organization of Tournaments
Tournaments that are organized by Full/ Associate Members are deemed to be sanctioned by UPA(S).
Hence, all participants taking part in such tournaments must be an Individual Member of UPA(S) and pay the Player Fee on UPA(S) website.
Members are still free to charge all participants an appropriate tournament fee.

Out of the 100 individuals, 20 individuals are Individual UPA(S) members and registered under the roster of a Full/ Associate Members.
80 individuals are members of public who are not Individual UPA(S) members are not registered under any roster of a Full/ Associate Member.
The 80 individuals without a valid UPA(S) Membership will need to be directed toUPA(S) website to purchase a Player Fee valid for the calendar year.
