Marie picked up ultimate as her first sport in 2019 in Raffles Ultimate.
She then continued to pursue the sport in NUS Ultimate (2021 - present) and served as the Spirit Captain of the U24 Women’s team in 2023. She is also appointed Team Manager for the U20 Mixed Team for this year’s WJUC.
Marie is an aspiring teacher and will be going into her last year studying Physics at NUS this coming August. She is actively involved in hall activities, taking on the role of Frisbee Captain in Year 2 and 36th External Sports Director of Temasek Hall in Year 3.
By joining UPA(S) as the Media and Communications director, she hopes to help make the spotlight on Ultimate in Singapore brighter!
The Ultimate Players Association (Singapore) is the body responsible for the governance of flying disc sports in Singapore. These sports include Ultimate, Beach Ultimate and Disc Golf.
