Janice is a lawyer by profession and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2015. A proud alumnus of the Singapore Sports School, Janice served on its Board for 5 years and is currently the President of the School's Alumni Association.
She has also held multiple leadership positions within Ultimate Frisbee, more notably as Vice President of Shiok! Ultimate for 7 years, and the Women's Captain of the first iteration of the National Team Program.
Janice has represented Singapore in 5 World Championships to date and had the privilege of participating in Colors of Ultimate at WUCC 2022 - an initiative aiming to promote diversity and inclusion in Disc Sports.
The Ultimate Players Association (Singapore) is the body responsible for the governance of flying disc sports in Singapore. These sports include Ultimate, Beach Ultimate and Disc Golf.
