Isaac has taken on various leadership roles in Ultimate and other sports. He served as the NUS Ultimate Captain for the AY24/25 and was a member of the FS Executive Committee from 2018 to 2022.
Additionally, he was part of the Eusoff Hall Sports Management Committee during the AY21/22. Since 2022, he has been a member of the NTP, competing in the WUCC in 2022, AOUGC in 2023, and WUC in 2024.
Notably, he became the first Singaporean to play in the AUDL with the Seattle Cascades in 2023.
The Ultimate Players Association (Singapore) is the body responsible for the governance of flying disc sports in Singapore. These sports include Ultimate, Beach Ultimate and Disc Golf.
